Welcome To Oshawa Thai Cuisine
Upon entering Oshawa Thai Cuisine, you will be surprised by how such a small space can be occupied with such a strong energy. The front half of the room is filled with patrons that have made it their routine to join us for lunch or dinner. The back of the restaurant is usually reserved for business/ birthday parties, and other such special events. A couch and a couple of chairs are also in this area. The bar is well stocked with premium lagers from around the globe. The staff is always friendly and ready to serve. Usually you don’t have to wait to be seated. If there is a table available you can feel free to occupy it. If you want, take one of our window seats facing the Oshawa Bus Station, where hurried travellers, and some of Oshawa’s most colourful residents, can be seen going about their daily lives.
The tables are small but each is covered with a nice red velvet table cloth. Also waiting on the table is a small tea light candle, a small plate and chopsticks (real laquer sticks topped with metal end caps, not disposable or plastic). Our very friendly staff will bring you the menus and introduce him or herself. The menus are created out of tri folded paper of the takeout variety, which is surprising to some, but traditional and true to the Thai restaurant form.
